“CI Azumano Travel did a great job as did our agent Rena Harris. She helped with so many details on our first cruise to Alaska that it took away the stress we were feeling as first cruisers. We had a wonderful time and recommend Azumano and Rena to anyone wanting very personal service and many suggestions from experience. Rena is a cruiser and told us things to do for fun we would have had to learn for ourselves. She also saved us a lot of money in some areas by using her suggestions. It was our 25th anniversary first cruise and a great life long memory! Definitely Five Stars !!”

“Due to the marvelous work and assistance of Jenny Ferrants, Julia and John in celebration of their 60th wedding anniversary were able to complete a trip of a lifetime. Through CI Azumano Travel, Jenny made all of the travel arrangements for our group of eight travelers. She coordinated all of our bookings, flights, river cruise, hotel, and numerous excursions. Each time one of us made an additional request or had a question, Jenny would respond with the solution. We were extremely satisfied with every part of our trip to Paris and the French countryside. “GOAL: take my 19 yr. old son to Italy to experience the car factories, drive a Lamborghini and cultural tours. With a short window of time , two months, to design this trip between his spring semester of college ending and summer school starting I was introduced to an Italy expert- Heather Hanssen – who was brave enough to take on this challenge and pulled it off perfectly!! Heather was a great listener of what we wanted to do and offered suggestions to improve our experience as my son and I are “rookies” in travel. Every detail was talked about from departures times, hotel locations, transportation connects, rail tickets/times between cities, and set tours with free time as well. Even a simple detail like my son’s passport, he’s 19, needed to be upgraded from a minor to an adult passport was NOT overlooked by Heather. Her personal knowledge of the cities we visited: Rome, Florence, Bologna, and Venice made our excursion choices more clear to having an “experience” in Italy vs. a rushed trip. Our travels from San Diego to Italy, Mom and son, will be cherished forever! Thank you Heather Hanssen for assisting us in designing our trip to Italy. You are a pleasure to work with and attention to detail is superb!”

She (Ester Mlot Holmes) was efficient in communicating between airlines, hotels, cruise line and us and my sister and brother in law and in arranging our best possible pricing for our May Mediterranean cruise. “Diana Miller was perfect in handling all the arrangements for taking my wife and I to Italy, especially considering my wife had never traveled outside the USA. Diana was able to book the airline of our choice along with getting us a hotel package that allowed us to stay in Amsterdam a touch longer than we had originally planned. I’ve enjoyed Diana’s assistance and help so much I suggested to my daughter that she contact Diana to help her make arrangements for a trip to Hawaii this fall. “Our trip to Italy in May was perfect. Our travel agent, Trina Jackson, was spot on with EVERYTHING we wanted to experience. From air travel, in-country travel, top-tier accommodations, tours & guide services, and so much more, Trina came through magnificently! It’s obvious that she is an expert on travel to this Country. On a 12 day trip, which covered Rome, Florence, Santa Margherita(Portofino area), & Milan, where everything goes exactly as planned, there was a little luck involved. HOWEVER, without Trina’s expert guidance, there is no way this could have been so smooth. If you are planning to travel to Italy, Trina is #1.”
