“My wife and I worked with Angela to book our two week trip to Italy last June. We wanted to use a travel agency, since this was our first trip to Italy. Angela was great work with – she had our best interests in mind and helped us out with all of arrangements for the flight, train stops and hotels. The only reason this review is not a 5 star is that we did not like our hotel in Rome (last of four cities on our trip). Azumano partnered with another travel agency to book our trip, and the hotel they recommended was not up to par compared to the other 4-5 star hotels we stayed at throughout our trip. Again, Angela was great to work with and was very thoughtful in booking the different parts of the trip. My wife and I recalled how pleased and appreciative we were during the trip on the train that we didn’t have to figure any of the times/ticket transfers, etc. as Angela took lead in figuring all of that out for us.”

“DeLora Walker was of tremendous assistance to us in our recent visit to Great Britain, our first trip abroad. We were very happy with our hotels and their locations reserved by DeLora. The travel timeline she suggested from Edinburgh to London made the trip educational and enjoyable. She was very patient with us while we unintentionally stalled in some of our responses to her. I would not hesitate to contact DeLora again, should we be in need of travel planning guidance.”

Thanks to our agent Heather Hanssen, everything on our trip went smoothly! Even if we had a question or concern while on the trip, Heather was there and able to assist! The tours suggested by our agent were interesting & fun, and also evenly spaced throughout our trip to where we still had time to enjoy each city.
