“I contacted Ci Azumano travel when I wanted to plan a trip for myself to celebrate my 40th birthday. I knew I wanted to go to Costa Rica and see as much of the country as I could in one week. Gina Crosby was my travel agent and after telling her what I was looking for she sent me several different options that fit my wants and needs. Gina was very helpful, very knowledgeable and always got back to me in a quick manner. She made adjustments as I needed to make the trip exactly what I wanted.

The trip was perfect! We stayed for 3 days in the rainforest at Arenal Monoa in La Fortuna and booked horseback riding to a waterfall as well as a hike through old lava flow followed by a wonderful afternoon at the hot springs. We then had a private transfer to the beach for 4 days at a beautiful modern all inclusive, the RIU palace. Here we enjoyed the beach, pool and activities, took a tour to a local town for a shopping excursion and walked down to the Monkey Bar and fed the cute monkeys hanging out in the trees. The trip was amazing and perfect in. Every way and I will use them again and recommend them as a travel agency!”

“Kathy Doxey at CI Azumano Travel worked tirelessly with my wife and me for hours, trying one alternative and then another to meet our wishes for an affordable vacation in a warmer climate in early March. She booked us on an all-inclusive trip (first one we have taken, probably not the last) to Jewel Paradise Cove in Ocho Rios, Jamaica for five days (plus two days traveling). We thoroughly enjoyed the trip, especially the stay at the Paradise Cove resort. The staff there was especially friendly, clean, professional, and all smiles. There were three swimming pools, each with a swim-up bar (didn’t have to swim, the water was only waist deep), and the one where we hung out mostly had a grill for making sandwiches and other delights for lunch. It was like living in an Open Bar environment 16 hours a day. If we were lying around the pool in a chaise lounge and hadn’t been to the bar in an hour, a waiter would come by and ask if he could bring us anything. We never went off the property during our entire stay. Nightly there were shows; our favorite was a steel orchestra … fantastic. Ed Sullivan would have loved to host them. Lest I forget, the food was great also, with several choices of restaurants in the resort. Thank you, Kathy and CI Azumano Travel.”

“We have had the pleasure of working with Jenny Farrants at C I Azumano Travel for about ten years. Our most recent trip was a combination of five days at Disney World followed by a 7-day cruise on the Disney Fantasy. The room she booked at the Grand Foridian had a beautiful view, was private with our own balcony and easily accessible to the Food Court and restaurants. On our Caribbean cruise, she booked our room adjacent to the elevators, and located where we could see all the ports as we pulled in. We’ve always had a wonderful experience with Jenny. “Every detail was planned out by Heather at CI Azumano so we could relax and enjoy our honeymoon. I always wanted a driver to hold a sign with my name at an airport/train/ferry service and Heather made it happened. She understood what we were looking for and knew where to spend more money on private tours and when to take a group one. My husband tends to drag his feet when planning any trips, so I took advantage of a 3 hour window when he would be undergoing a medical procedure to coordinate with Heather. She managed to get all the planning done during this time, so all I had to do was to give her my credit card. We had a lot of fun touring Venice, Florence and Rapallo. I would highly recommend taking the Vespa tour thru Tuscany and Siena when you visit Florence.”
