“I contacted Ci Azumano travel when I wanted to plan a trip for myself to celebrate my 40th birthday. I knew I wanted to go to Costa Rica and see as much of the country as I could in one week. Gina Crosby was my travel agent and after telling her what I was looking for she sent me several different options that fit my wants and needs. Gina was very helpful, very knowledgeable and always got back to me in a quick manner. She made adjustments as I needed to make the trip exactly what I wanted.
The trip was perfect! We stayed for 3 days in the rainforest at Arenal Monoa in La Fortuna and booked horseback riding to a waterfall as well as a hike through old lava flow followed by a wonderful afternoon at the hot springs. We then had a private transfer to the beach for 4 days at a beautiful modern all inclusive, the RIU palace. Here we enjoyed the beach, pool and activities, took a tour to a local town for a shopping excursion and walked down to the Monkey Bar and fed the cute monkeys hanging out in the trees. The trip was amazing and perfect in. Every way and I will use them again and recommend them as a travel agency!”
