River cruise was another great trip.

Flights in economy comfort were very nice. Passport Control wasn’t too onerous.
The company you used to book the extra day in Budapest delivered: Transfer was seamless. New York Palace hotel was outstanding. They upgraded us to a junior suite; the old world charm of the lobby and restaurant was fabulous.

Uniworld was its usual top notch self. They had some wonderful tours. At Vidin in Bulgaria we went to a home to learn how to make the traditional Bulgarian pastry, banitsa. We then went to a kindergarten where we were treated to songs and a play in English and Bulgarian. A GREAT connection with the local people.

Uniworld really shined on the airport transfer to the Bucharest airport at the end. We left for the airport at 4:30 am. There was a rep in the lobby to make sure we got a very good breakfast bag and and go to the car. At the airport there was a Uniworld rep there at the curb to guide us to the proper lines to check in and to get through security ok.

Overall a great experience. Thanks for getting all this together for us.
