“Diana was so excellent in her attention to detail that she has convinced us, who had never used a travel agent before, to use her consistently from now on and we have recommended her to others. The two challenges we faced were not of Azumano’s making but ones that you may wish to note for future travellers. 1) We asked Diana to rent a car and agreed that we’d need a Garmin to get around. We found the Garmin a huge mistake. It did not have the ability to take us properly through Spanish towns including Malaga or Rondo. We were repeatedly led into one way streets the wrong way, to pedestrian mallswhere only taxis can go, to construction zones and thru routes that were all but impassable by car. Because we had the Garmin we had not armed ourselves adequately with maps which led to more than one crisis.AMybe there’s a better program or maybe a back up plan with a really good may should be suggested as well. (2) After Diana booked out air travel, Delta changed it twice. We found on the return trip, that the new connection that Delta set in Amsterdam was 50 minutes only. We racds across the airport, thru required security and to our gate. The trip took us at as fast a clip as we could go, 30 minutes and we arrived at our flight just as they were closing the doors. I wouldn’t have enjoyed a longer layover so it worked out OK for us, but in the future connecting flights in Amsterdam that require a security check really just can’t be done safely in that length of time.”
