Maureen was fantastic. So appreciative of how she took care of the details. Made our trip so easy.

Everything that I prefer regarding a trip was taken care of and effectively communicated to me. I prefer that nothing be left to chance on my end, and nothing was.

Angela was helpful in recommending us to a travel company that provided us with what we wanted: support with transfers and access to a local guide, but not too much structured time so we could explore on our own. Angela was pleasant and efficient. I appreciated her!

Heather was great. We had 4 couples and a few demands as 1 couple made some arrangements on their own then cancelled. Heather was gracious to assist with all the personalities in the group.

Gina was very helpful in the planning stages. Our London hotel left something to be desired, but the arrangements for rental cars and airline flights were good. Delta airlines planes were not up to industry standards, I.e., on outgoing leg all reading lamps malfunctioned whole flight. On return, charging dock at our seats failed, and non-moveable reading lamps were pointed in useless directions and could not be corrected.

Toronto is huge! I love being in big cities, this was overwhelming. So much to see. I’m glad I narrowed down the 3 things I wanted to do to get a taste. Niagara Falls was epic, the CN Tower was awesome and the Hop on Hop off bus got me around the city to all parts of the city, the ferry ride was included. The weather was nice and not too hot. The 4 days was just enough time. The hotel was a perfect central location with underground connections to a huge mall.
