Always a pleasure to work with Howard when I am planning my vacations. Very knowledgeable Travel Counselor, that shows during his communication with me when arranging my travel plans. He knows my needs, works very hard in ensuring that I have a wonderful experience during the planning stage, actual vacation. Outstanding follow up on my experience during my cruise and what if any information that might help him in the future booking/planning or improvements to the process.

Yvette really listened to what we wanted, and she gave wonderful recommendations based on the criteria we provided. She took care of all of the arrangements, including when our trip was frantically cut short because of COVID-19 in which she helped to cancel the unused portions of our trip. We look forward to using her services in the future, and will recommend her to all of our friends.

She worked great even though I gave her short notice on the trip. Took the kids into consideration as well as personal touches.

There was an issue with confusion about travel from the Cancun airport via Amstar. We were in two different groups arriving at different times, but my name and my wife’s were on both manifests, confusing the Amstar staff (who were all very nice I might add).

I’m already referring people to DeLora. I keep saying that somehow, DeLora knows everything. That says it all.

I enjoy working with Howard on my travel arrangements because of his attention to details to ensure that my vacation is a very pleasant and enjoyable one. I appreciate his dedication, hard work and knowledge in assisting me will arranging my travel needs.

Kandi has a lot of patience with me. I have changed my mind several times before I agreed on this resort. I wouldn’t travel any other way. I have been dealing with Kandi over 20 years and I trust that she would make sure that our vacation is pleasurable.

The trip was customized to meet our requests and the itinerary was excellent. We were particularly impressed with how smooth everything ran and the expertise, professionalism and friendliness of the guides and drivers.
