“I am pleased to inform you that my wife and I just returned from a flawless perfect 2 weeks in France, flawless until the return flight. Howard Lewis, our travel agent was impressive. From start to finish including flights, hotel reservations, car service and great recommendations. While already boarded on our return flight all passengers were told to disembark and wait in the terminal, that’s when the nightmare began and my good fortune of having Howard as my travel agent took over. 6 hours later while waiting in the airport to find out we’re being re routed to Minneapolis and then Boston 3 days later, I decided to call Howard. Within an hours time he had us booked on Lufthansa to Boston the next day at the expense of Air France. What a relief! Please pass a huge thank you on to Howard. He took a disaster and turned into a success. We are grateful.”
