If it was not for your insight and knowledge as well as your attention to detail and do not let me forget patience too, I would not be able to find these good deals and enjoy my cruising experience. We just returned form a wonderful trip, and wanted to thank you for your help in arranging it. You found us flights which proved to be very efficient, and at great savings. Our experience with Delta was especially good (even at the notoriously difficult CDG) — at one point I actually stopped to tell them what a good job they were doing, something airlines probably don’t hear frequently.

Additionally, they hotel you located for us in Vienna, Imperial Riding Academy, proved to be excellent. We usually like to stay in the center of things, but the hotel was only a very short tram-ride from the center, and was also a short walk to the Belvedere. The upgrade to “Club room” was very much worth it in terms of comfort, service, and convenience, as it included an excellent breakfast, tea, wine, and a wonderful, large room. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna.

We have completed our trip, are back home, and EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!

Perfect would be the best way to describe our trip. All of your efforts are greatly appreciated-all went smoothly and on time. Trains were great, hotels were awesome, tours were excellent. Our guides were so fantastic. We took several ferry rides-Capri, the coast etc. The only snafu was Luigi as we paid him the $350 with a $50 tip on arrival into Napoli. We had a different driver from the hotel to Pompei (ironically Luigi was in the van behind us) and the driver wanted to charge us anoth $220 that day. We told him we paid Luigi and he was okay with that, but they were really looking for additional monies.
We will use you again and recommend to all my Delta friends.

We had a WONDERFUL time at Excellence El Carmen in Punta Cana. The property is beautiful and very well appointed, with 18 bars and 12 restaurants of varying ethnicities. The food and service were excellent, or as they say “Excellente”. We had an issue with the AC in our first room, and we were promptly moved to the exact same room. If we had to pick on anything, it would probably be to have more evenings of dance and music accommodated to our age group (60 years +), as there same to be more of that age group at the resort when we were there.

We are definitely planning on a return trip at some point in the future – God willing J!!

We are home and pretty much back in the swing of our normal routine. I wanted to send you a quick note on our trip.
First off, you were right…about everything LOL!
We had a fabulous time!!!! Not everything went as planned but everything was perfect and we wouldn’t change a thing!!! We were very impressed with all the hotels and would highly recommend them to anyone. The one in Bologna was a little interesting but it was wonderful in it’s own way. The tours were really good and very informative. Everyone keeps asking what our favorite part was and we can honestly say we can’t name just one thing. The whole trip was amazing.

Thank you Gina. The Grand Velas was absolutely amazing. The service was the best we have experienced. The food was incredible too. They have two more of those resorts in Puerto Vallarta and Cancun. We might try those in the future. Thanks again.

It has been 6 weeks since we returned from New Orleans and we are still in the glow of that city!
Yes, we visited Café du Monde and partook of the Beignets! Yum! We spent a day at The Natural WW11 Museum, a must for any history buff, and the Civil War Museum. For a Northerner, it was good to view the Civil War through the eyes of a Southerner! We loved the Laura Plantation and I just finished reading a book that I had purchased there, written by Laura, the woman the Planation is named after! The city tour, on our first day, orientated us to the city and I was especially intrigued by the burial rituals used in the local cemeteries. On Mother’s Day we spent the day riding the complete routes of the Green & Red Lines! We had been caught in a thunder storm and viewed some of the flooding from the trolleys. We had Breakfast at the Ruby Slipper and we were so impressed, we returned the next day! We had a lovely dinner at Pat O’Brien’s and the Napoleon House! We also ate ‘Broil’ & TarTar at Antonian’s ( not sure of the spelling). If you call the Mardi Gras World, they will arrange to pick you up at your hotel and take you to the World, free! We took a tour and spent most of the day there intrigued by the stories. I spent time in the New Orleans’ Cooking School. I now have their cookbook and am trying my hand at some Southern comfort food! We were even able to watch our Portland Trail Blazers play Denver in the championship game on a large screen in a pub over looking the Mississippi! Life is good!
The International House Hotel was is in a great location, 2 blocks from Canal St. and around the corner from Luke’s, another great place to eat!
The hotel was in the final stages of a remodel and it was fun to see what new art & brick-a-brack was added each day. Our room was newly decorated and small, just what we needed and the personal was outstanding!

I just wanted to email you and tell you what a wonderful trip we had!! Literally everything worked out from our many airplane flights, transfers, cruise, hotels etc.

All our airplane trips were delayed except Turkish Airlines flight from Athens to Istanbul. Which was a slight bummer but no control over. Turkish Air was the best.

The petal apartments were great- super close location to everything. Clean and owner very attentive.

The cruise was fun. Food ok- nothing great, but we got to see so much of the Greek islands and that was the plan. Super friendly staff on the cruise. Bedrooms clean and comfy.

Hotel Vergína Beach in Crete was the best! The villa had a private pool and the best views of the ocean. Dionysis, the owner was very helpful. The place was clean and in a great part of the city! We will go back there again!

The holiday inn in Athens was a great hotel! Modern, clean and free airport service.
