We have found Howard Lewis at Azumano extremely helpful and prompt in travel arrangements simple and complex, domestic and international. He has tracked complexities we have not anticipated and in so doing saved us money and travel inconveniences. That’s why we keep going back to him.

The best activity was the day we went on the hanging bridges hike, the arenal volcano and the waterfall. Our guide was amazing – Bernie. He was very knowledgeable and gave us so much info.
All the guides were great – took us to great restaurants and told us interesting things about Costa Rica.
I wish I had planned in advance and brought more cash for tips – I felt badly that I didn’t have much on me – there were lots of tips to give – drivers, guides, etc.
I did get an extra $100 at Tabacon and the Westin had an ATM.
The entire trip was amazing and exceeded my expectations.

I want to thank you for all the work you did for our tour in Ireland. We had a great time and had good weather until we arrived in Dublin. It’s a big city and we decided that we enjoyed all the smaller towns we’d visited on our tour, more than the city.
Our stay in Dublin was good, and we enjoyed the tour you arranged for us into the countryside. The hop on hop off bus wasn’t as nice as our experience in Budapest last fall, but we did take it to the Guinness Storehouse and a few other areas. The bus was full and the upper area is open and it was showering at the time, but that can’t be avoided.
We did quite a bit of walking around the area too, as well as visiting Trinity College and the Book of Kells. That was interesting.
Our hotel in Dublin was very nice and we enjoyed some meals there. It was very helpful to have the prearranged drive to the airport. We also liked the train ride to Dublin. We visited with a local couple on the train, and they showed us where the taxi pickup was and we enjoyed talking with them.
We had no luggage issues and all was good at O Hare and when we got back to PDX.
We appreciate your expertise and all of your help with the trip.

Maureen, I realized that I neglected to get in touch and tell you how wonderful our trip to Ireland was. Your picks were great. The B and B in Dingle was beyond compare . Hope you get to go there yourself.
We thoroughly enjoyed riding around with Andy Burke . I think we gave him a run for his money as my friend Vickie never stopped asking questions !!! Andy did everything right which included being honest if he didn’t know the answer to a question. He was funny, accommodating , a great driver , and just a pleasure to be with . I know he is new at this so I hope we didn’t discourage him!!!
